Michael Fedrick is an intellectual property attorney with over 20 years of experience securing patent and trademark protection worldwide for clients ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies. He has a strong background supporting entrepreneurs, manufacturers, and service professionals in industries ranging from biotechnology to software.
Michael works with clients in the U.S., Europe and Asia, and is fluent in Mandarin Chinese. A frequent speaker, he lectures on matters involving all aspects of intellectual property law to students and members of the business community. He is a past president and current member of the board of the San Gabriel Valley Bar Association and has served on committees of the International Trademark Association. He has also served on the board and remains active with Villa Esperanza, an organization serving the needs of individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.
Michael previously served as counsel for the biopharmaceutical business of Baxter Healthcare Corporation, where he was responsible for intellectual property matters relating to product lines with sales in excess of $1 billion. While there, he spearheaded the patent and trademark work for a new pharmaceutical product from inception through FDA approval.
